About Janina Escobar-Linneken

I started in a Florida personal injury law firm in 2003 with no experience and no legal background. Over the next two decades I worked inside PI firms across Florida as a secretary, legal assistant, paralegal, and firm administrator, managing everything from intake to settlement, to trust accounting, hiring, training, and day-to-day operations.

I was not at one firm. I moved through multiple firms and long-term contracts, which means I have seen how PI operations run across different firm sizes, structures, and leadership styles. I know what a functioning PI firm looks like. I also know exactly what dysfunction looks like and where it starts.

I have trained attorneys with no PI experience, built departments from scratch, and walked away from firms whose practices I would not put my name on. I bring that same standard to every firm I work with today.

I am a legal operations specialist with 20+ years of hands-on experience inside Florida PI firms. I do not advise from a textbook. I build systems that actually work because I have run them myself.
