PI Operations Assessment
A flat-fee review of your firm's current workflows, file structure, case management system, and staff responsibilities. You receive a written report identifying what is working, what is broken, and a specific plan to fix it.
The assessment fee is credited toward any project that follows.

PI Department Buildout
For firms building a PI department from scratch. Includes workflow design, process and procedures manuals, template development, case management setup, and full implementation. Two package options are available based on scope and timeline.

Case Management Cleanup & Reorganization
For firms that have a system but it is disorganized, inconsistently used, or inherited from prior staff. Includes file cleanup, data entry, workflow standardization, and staff training. Project-based with a defined scope and end date.

Ongoing Operational Oversight
For firms that want an experienced set of eyes on operations after the buildout is complete. Three oversight levels available: Basic, Enhanced, and Intensive. This is consulting oversight to ensure your system stays on track. It is not case management.

We are not paralegals, case managers, or legal assistants.
We do not perform ongoing case management, track deadlines, handle client communications, or fill open staff positions.
We build the system. We train the people. We oversee the result. When the project is done, your firm runs it.

Based in Palm Beach County, Florida. We work remotely with PI firms statewide.
